Zinc Orotate is a mineral transporter where zinc is bound to orotic acid, a natural component of whey. Zinc Orotate stabilizes cell membranes and improves immune function by stimulating thymulin synthesis, which activates the thymus gland to increase T-cell production. Zinc also activates T-cell enzymes, which are needed for active cell mediated immune function making it useful in conditions due to bacterial, viral and fungal infections.
